SAFETY
The ability to create a safe area in your home that protects your family from catastrophic winds, fire and earthquakes.
Fire rated: passes ASTM E84/UL723

INSULATING FLOOR
The insulation value of the panel can range up to R-33. One of the unique characteristics of this product is the continuity of insulation that is assured by the tongue and groove connection between the panels. The insulation value is obtained in an optimal way, at the factory and is not subject to the skill of the installers. These factors combine to give you an insulation without thermal bridges.
Insulation R-Value up to 33

SOUND DEADENING FLOOR
INSUL-DECK panels are being specified by architects for use in modern movie theaters. The excellent sound deadening properties of the panels can help to quiet your home by reducing the noise transmitted through the floors.
Sound deadening design: sound transmission class can exceed STC 53

FLEXIBILITY
INSUL-DECK panels form full length concrete T-beam depths from 7" to 15-1/2", which allow spans up to 30 ft. using standard reinforement supports, allowing you to build clear span basements. Use of the system for basement and first level floors results in better living conditions and energy savings. The panel can be used in the garage floor to let your basement extend under the garage area. This space can be used for home entertainment rooms, sport activities or any activity that requires wide open spaces. The panel in conjunction with reinforced concrete easily supports the weight of vehicles. The finished INSUL-DECK system is less than half the weight of comparable hollow core, precast floor systems, yet will provide the same load capacity.

HIGH-STRENGTH ROOFS
The use of the system can create large open, complex, vaulted interior spaces. The system allows for a positive roof connection to the wall units, a major concern in hurricane prone areas of the country.
