Tilt-Deck Project Completed:

Southern, Ohio
130,000 Sq. Ft.; Heights up to 21 feet
Contractor: Major Tilt-Up Contractor

Join the revolution to faster tilt-up construction

A crew installs a tilt-up concrete wall for the fourth and final phase of medical office condominiums the 75-acre, $100 million mixed-use campus. Started in 2001, the project began with a 80,000-square-foot medical facility and has grown to include 130,000 square feet of additional medical offices and retail uses. The new 29,000-square-foot, one-story office building can be subdivided into up to eight medical office condos.
Tilt-Deck speeds forming and saves time and money. Tilt-Deck is the lightweight forming system solution for concrete tilt-up construction. Tilt-Deck comes pre-engineered, pre-cut, pre-labeled and staged for quick and easy placement on site.
Tilt-Deck is the fast, flexible and safe method to build a concrete tilt-up wall that saves labor, time and money. The contractor saved nearly two weeks building this outpatient facility by using Tilt-Deck’s forming system for his “single point face lift” tilt-up construction. Experienced crews install panels and rebar support and pour concrete in one minute per square foot.
Tilt-Deck offers a variety of insulation and wall thicknesses for tilt-up construction. Form depths up to 12-1/2" produce deeper supporting ribs that allow heights up to 30 feet. The Expanded Polystyrene material also has excellent insulating properties.
Tilt-Deck’s Patented Process Integrates Utility Chases within the forming system. Utilities are easier to install in pre-molded access chases (or channels). The Expanded Polystyrene can be easily removed, if needed, to allow for larger utility runs.
Tilt-Deck’s patented process produces self-supporting steel beams and furring strips molded into the wall. Any type of interior finish can quickly be mechanically attached to the integral steel furring strips with drywall screws.

Faster form-to-finish per square foot than any other form process. For Tilt-Deck you only have four steps: place, pour, tilt and finish. With Tilt-Deck: you pour it, you tilt-it, you finish it - you can take it to the bank.
